IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT, CAN I RETURN IT ?

Yes sure, you can express the right of withdrawal within 10 (ten) working days from goods reception date. Please follow the instructions contained in RETURNS AND REFUNDS section on our website to have all information about making a return. Attention: withdrawal will not have effectiveness, and so Turbanti Christine will not proceed with the refund of possible amount already paid, if product is returned without following the indications that are contained in the section above mentioned and in particular if product is returned devoid of warranty seal or with broken, damaged or not fixed seal. The warranty seal is constituted by a white plastic band with a progressive identification number. This seal is very important for us! His presence indicates that the product has never been used from none other before and allows us to guarantee our Clients maximum product entirety and quality.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FROM ORDER CONFIRMATION TIME TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED ?

If product is immediately available you will receive it within 2/3 days after order forwarding with express courier. If product is available within 3/5 days you will receive it within 5/8 days from order forwarding time (considering days necessary to make the shipment with courier). Instead if product is available upon order, Customer Service will contact you to communicate estimated shipment date, once you have sent the order. In all these cases we refer to working days: every days of the week, excepted Saturday, Sunday and public holiday days. Furthermore at shipment time Turbanti Christine's Customer Service will send an email with shipment tracking number: it is a number that identify every single shipment in unambiguous way and permits you to check where is your shipment and to know within how many days you will receive the goods, contacting nearest courier branch by phone or going to courier website to check shipment status by putting in the tracking number in the dedicated area. Practically you will be always updated on delivery!

All orders that contain products “available” and products “available in 3/5 working days” will be dispatched according to shipping times of the latters.

WHAT IS THE WISHLIST ?

The wishlist is a very useful easy tool that we decide to offer to our Clients to help them go shopping on Turbanti Christine: in the Wishlist you could put all the products that catch your attention, in other words all the products of Your Desires! The list is not a shopping bag (cart) and so items that you decide to put in will not be object of an order until You decide! In every moment you could add other products contained on the website, you could consult them or delete them, they will remain stored until you want! You can compare them and take your time to decide which is the one that you prefer! Insertion of a product in the Wishlist do not give the right to reserve it waiting for a possible order confirmation.

IS THE EXPENSE FOR PURCHASING THE TURBANT DEDUCTIBLE?

In Italy the purchase of the turban can be included in the deductible medical expenses provided that both of the following requirements are met:
- the turban must have a declaration of conformity which certifies its suitability for use as a medical device to be used for health purposes (Directive 93/42/EEC). The Christine brand marks the articles with this declaration of conformity in the specific product sheet with the words "DEDUCTABLE or CE";
- the Turban must cope with aesthetic damage caused by a pathology and if it supports a condition of psychological discomfort in daily life (certified by a doctor).
In the event that the turban is deductible, a 19% deduction is currently foreseen on the cost of the same by presenting in the tax return the purchase invoice of the hairstyle, the declaration of conformity of the product and the certification of the specialist doctor attesting that the patient is undergoing a course of therapy or the medical and health documentation certifying the particular treatment to which the person requesting the deduction is subjected.

It is also essential during the order phase, after having entered your data on the site, to request the issuance of an invoice for your purchase by selecting the check mark on the "I would like to be issued an invoice" flag.
