Data and legal bases
We use contact details and messages to answer enquiries; account, billing, delivery and purchase details to manage orders, payments, support and guarantees. Legal bases are requested pre-contractual steps, contract performance and legal obligations (GDPR Article 6(1)(b),(c)). Registration is optional where guest checkout is available. Forms identify essential details. Do not include health information or card details in messages.
Promotional communications
Promotional subscriptions are separate from support and purchasing and require consent where applicable. Withdraw consent or object at any time by emailing info@turbantichristine.com or using the communication’s available link. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or necessary order messages.
Technical data and cookies
Hosting and website systems process technical data needed to provide and protect the service, such as IP addresses, technical logs and session identifiers. The site also uses analytics components and external service links: consult the separate cookie notice. Non-essential processing requires the choices prescribed by applicable law; merely reading this notice is not consent.
Recipients and retention
Authorised staff and necessary hosting, email, technical and administrative providers access data; carriers and payment providers receive details necessary for their tasks. We do not publish order details. Data are kept as needed for enquiries and contract performance, then applicable administrative/fiscal obligations and legal claims. Accounting records subject to ten-year retention follow that requirement; this does not mean every message is indiscriminately retained for ten years. Provider details, non-EEA transfers and related safeguards are available from the controller.
Rights and contact
Contact the controller for access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection. Requests are answered within GDPR Article 12 deadlines, normally one month, subject to permitted justified extensions. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante. Statutory limits remain. The return form has a dedicated privacy notice.
